Biographical Notes:
Tom Duncan received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and from 1972-2006 he practiced with Hill, Evans, Duncan, Jordan and Beatty, a general practice firm in Greensboro, North Carolina. Until 2003 he specialized in business litigation, professional negligence, personal injury and workers compensation and since that time he has devoted his practice entirely to mediation. He opened his own mediation practice in 2006.
Mr. Duncan received his mediation training at the Duke Private Adjudication Center and also completed the Harvard Negotiation Project at Harvard Law School. He has lectured on alternative dispute resolution at various continuing education programs and has mediated some 3,000 cases. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America in the area of alternative dispute resolution.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: $190.00 administrative fee; $190.00 per hour for mediation services (2.5 hour minimum); $75.00 per hour for travel
Payment: 30 days
Cancellation Policy: $200.00 cancellation fee if cancelled within twenty-one (21) days of scheduled mediation; administrative fee is also due if case is not re-set for mediation (settlement, voluntary disimissal without prejudice, etc.)
