Lynn Gullick is a full time experienced mediator and arbitrator. She is a member of the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission. Lynn enjoys an AV peer review rating in Martindale-Hubble, is past chair of the Dispute Resolution Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, and is a Director of the Greensboro Bar Association and Greensboro Bar Asssociation Foundation.

She began her mediation and arbitration practice in 1996 after having been a civil litigator and trial lawyer, representing both insurance companies and plaintiffs. She enjoys an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, in the specialty of Alternative Dispute Resolution since 2005. She is a frequent speaker and author on the subject of mediation and arbitration and negotiation. She has mediated over 3,000 cases, with the majority of mediations involving workers' compensation claims in North Carolina. Also, she has been involved in the resolution of a number of multi-claim, multi-party mediations in the context of workers' compensation, particularly in the area of occupational diseases.

Ms. Gullick is a member of Mediation, Inc. She graduated from Auburn University, received her M. Ed. from Auburn University and completed law school in 1985 at Emory University.
