PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION

Biographical Notes:

Judge Freeman was on the Superior Court Bench in North Carolina from 1980 through 2000. Prior to that he was on the District Court Bench for 4 years.

Since retiring from 24 years on the bench , Judge Freeman has maintained a full time mediation and arbitration practice. He has mediated over 1500 cases in the piedmont area. He has a broad range of experience in all areas of Superior Court matters. He offers the somewhat unique perspective of having presided over more than 1000 jury trials in all types of cases and of having firsthand experience with the juries in over one half of the counties in North Carolina.

Also, being an avid motorcyclist and having ridden over 100,000 miles, Judge Freeman is an expert on cases involving motorcycles.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates: $200/hr. + $200 administrative fee, (2 hr. minimum) $250/hr. + $200 Adm. fee for 3 person arbitrations, $300/hr. + $200 Adm. fee for 1 person arbritrations, $100/hr travel time if out of Forsyth County,

Cancellation Policy: $400 + $200 administrative fee if less than 30 days (No administrative fee if rescheduled)
