Biographical Notes:
Wayne is a partner in the litigation department. He focuses his practice on construction litigation, professional malpractice defense, personal injury, products liability, and insurance litigation.
He also serves as a mediator and private arbitrator on a regular basis in all types of civil litigation matters. Approx. 1000 civil mediations and/or arbitrations annually including torts, construction & contract disputes, medical malpractice and real estate claims over the past 9 years and approximately 150 annually.
