Biographical Notes:

I have practiced as a civil trial lawyer for 36 years and have tried to verdict well in excess of 100 cases of all kinds except domestic. I have been involved in mediations since the inception of the pilot program in the eighties and have been a certified mediator for a number of years. Between 25 and 30 percent of my time is spent serving as a mediator. I have mediated and/or arbitrated all kinds of cases including personal injury, professional liability, business disputes, real estate and construction disputes. I would estimate that I have mediated hundreds of cases to date.

Rates: My rates are $150 administrative fee, $125/hr for travel time and $200/hr for mediation time.

Cancellation Policy: No charge other than administrative fee if canceled at least 5 days ahead. $150 late cancellation fee otherwise.
