Trish Holland is Litigation Manager for the North Carolina Office of Jackson Lewis LLP. She is a former Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Trish has a wide range of litigation experience, and currently concentrates her practice in the area of employment law and related litigation in the North Carolina Federal and State courts, as well as before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, the N.C. Department of Labor and the N.C. Employment Security Commission.

Over the years, Trish has been routinely honored and recognized by her peers as one of America’s best lawyers in the area of employment law. She is currently listed in the publication, “The Best Lawyers in America®” (2012 edition) in the fields of Labor and Employment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Trish was recently selected through balloting in another publication as one of North Carolina’s Super Lawyers in the field of employment law, as one of the top 10 attorneys in the state, and one of the top 50 female attorneys in the state. She was also recently recognized as the best Employment Law attorney (Legal Elite) in the State of North Carolina in a poll conducted of all licensed attorneys residing in the state. She is currently listed in the 2011 edition of Chambers, USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business as a “Leading Lawyer” in the field of Litigation.

In June of 2008, Trish completed a week-long program at Harvard University entitled “Advanced Negotiation: Making Difficult Conversations Productive.” She currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section Council, on which she has served as a council member for three years. As a certified mediator, Trish mediates matters across the state involving cases in state and federal court.
