Biographical Notes:
Mike McDaniel has been practicing law since 1993. Over the past 14 years he has focused his practice exclusively on civil litigation, primarily in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, premises liability and products liability. He has extensive experience in evaluating tort cases. He has tried cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. Mike maintains an active trial practice currently and tries 5 or more cases to verdict in a typical year.
Over the past 2 years, Mike has devoted approximately 40% of his work time on mediating cases. He thoroughly enjoys helping parties resolve their disputes.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: $150.00 Administrative fee; $175.00 per hour in conference (No Charge for Travel Fees)
Cancellation Policy: I do not charge any cancellation or postponement fee under any circumstances, ever. However, if the case settles before the conference commences I ask that the parties pay their share of the administrative fee.
