Biographical Notes:
My professional practice is basically divided between a domestic practice and mediations. Since becoming certified I have performed over 500 mediations, and mediations now comprise approximately 25% to 30% of my practice. I currently conduct four to six Superior Court mediations per month and three to five family financial mediations per month.
Education:
- Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, 1969
- Juris Doctor Degree from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, 1972
- Admitted to the North Carolina Bar August 12, 1972
- DRC Certified Superior Court Mediator since July 1, 1996
- DRC Certified Family Financial Mediator since July 1, 2003

Rates: Superior Ct...$200 set up and $200 per hour plus travel
Family...$200 set up and $250 per hour plus travel
Payment: Upon completion unless agreed otherwise
Cancellation Policy: $250
