Biographical Notes:

Ken is a Partner in the firm and concentrates his practice in business, commercial, intellectual property, and construction litigation. He is a graduate engineer and has over thirty years of experience in all forms of dispute resolution, including complex litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

Ken is a certified mediator and has dedicated much of his practice in recent years to ADR, acting as a mediator in over 400 cases to date.

Memberships & Affiliations :

Ken is an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association and was the 2000 2001 Chair of the Dispute Resolution Section. He was appointed by the Chief Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court to serve on the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission in 2002 and was reappointed in 2004 and served until his term expired in 2007. He is a member of the Large Complex Case Panel of Commercial and Construction Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates: $250.00 per hour; $150.00 Administrative Fee

Cancellation Policy: No Cancellation Fee if cancelled 3 Business Days in advance; otherwise, will be charged 1/2 day fee plus Administrative Fee of $150.00
