Biographical Notes:
Mr. Ward has participated in hundreds of mediations and arbitrations in a wide variety of cases. He is certified in mediations involving Superior Court cases, Workers Compensation, Family Law, including equitable distribution, child custody, and pre-nuptual issues, and mediations ordered through the Office of Administrative Hearings. He also has experience in Arbitrations involving civil and commercial matters.
Mr. Ward has extensive experience in trial practice in all divisions of NC state and federal courts since 1973, specializing in contract disputes, business and commercial disputes, insurance, employment, personal injury and malpractice.
He currently divides his time equally between his litigation practice and his mediation/arbitration practice.
