Biographical Notes:
After serving two years a law clerk for the Chief United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina I returned to High Point, North Carolina to begin practice. For more than 32 years I have been engaged in business practice and civil litigation covering a wide range of venues from Admiralty and Bankruptcy Courts to State District & Superior Courts. 37 years of marriage has given me much practical experience with problem solving using only the power of persuasion. I like working with lawyers and I like solving problems for clients.
