Biographical Notes:
 Henry serves as an arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association and is a certified mediator for all Superior Courts in North Carolina, the North Carolina Industrial Commission, and in all U.S. District Courts in the State of North Carolina. As such, he has mediated and arbitrated a wide variety of cases.
His style is to take an active and involved role in every case he mediates. He works with the belief that every case can be settled, and employs a wide variety of creative settlement techniques. He uses an evaluative approach, yet remains sensitive to the needs and desires of the parties and their counsel.

- Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University, 1974
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, East Carolina University, 1971

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: $200 administrative fee plus $200 per hour for mediation time. No charge for less than 2 hours of travel; $100 per hour thereafter.
