Biographical Notes:

Since 1996, I have arbitrated and decided hundreds of diverse District Civil Court matters through North Carolina's court ordered arbitration program. I served as an arbitrator in proceedings invoked under uninsured and underinsured liability insurance policies.

I have also mediated and facilitated court ordered and voluntary mediated settlement conferences involving a variety of legal issues for the NC Industrial Commission, the Superior Court Mediated Settlement Program, and the Family Financial Mediation Program. I have assisted parties in analyzing, negotiating and resolving complex legal issues. I can relate well to all parties and help to creat an atmosphere conducive to settlement. I have mediated in-house employment disputes in the private sector.
