Biographical Notes:

Starting a "second career" in law 15 years ago, Dan has been a certified mediator for almost 10 years. During that time, he has mediated a wide variety of cases: divorce, personal injury, employment, construction, contracts, and others. His first career education, teaching and consulting experience in economics, finance and accounting provide a foundation for helping mediation clients identify and assess options for resolving financial issues and settlements. Dan's mediation skills are recognized by the leading mediation trainers in North Carolina, as he is asked to coach trainees in role plays on a regular basis.

    Rates: $125 Administrative Fee $175 Per Hour

    Payment: Upon completion of mediation session. Attorney is responsible for bill if not paid at mediation.
