Litigation and Dispute Resolution Experience: In 35 years in practice with 21 on the trial bench trying death penalty, malpractice, personal injury, and general civil jurisdiction cases. I have tried, mediated, or arbitrated cases involving the following subject matter:

Representative Issues: Mediated over 1000 cases involving general civil jurisdiction personal injury, business tort, and commercial cases involving the subject matters noted herein. Arbitrated over 300 business, personal injury and securities cases as a panel member. Court-appointed insurance dispute umpire for property damage claims.

Multi-Party Experience: Commercial and business cases; software and hardware contract disputes; partition, healthcare, wills and estates; real property disputes; securities; business ownership and shareholder agreements; stucco remediation; franchises; non-competition cases; warranty accounting and law practice disputes; technology, commercial disputes, zoning, medical practice disputes, personal injury, lemon law, environmental cases, Uniform Commercial Code, business torts, patents, non-competition agreements; construction; medical practice disputes, commercial development; trade secrets, condemnation, contract, malpractice, residential development, etc.
