Biographical Notes:

Started mediation of civil cases in the middle 1990s and obtained certification as a Certified Mediator from the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission in 1998.

Entered the full time mediation and arbitration practice in January 2005, and have mediated several hundred cases and served on approximately 50 arbitration panels.

Mr Davis was also the Court appointed Special Prosecutor in State of North Carolina vs. Michael F. Nifong

• Graduated from Wake Forest School of Law 1961
• Admitted to NC State Bar August 5, 1961
