• As a Mediator since 1990, Celia has experience in commercial/residential real estate and construction, worker's compensation, employment, business, and personal injury; as well as marriage and family matters including elder issues, complex divorce matters, parenting, family business, and education.
• Celia is a Mediation Trainer, presenter and coach with Andy Little, Mediation, Inc. for the NC-DRC required training programs in Superior Court and Family Financial Mediation; these 40-hour courses are held in Chapel-Hill, Greensboro, Charlotte and Asheville, North Carolina throughout the year.

• Celia is also an Approved Trainer with the Association for Conflict Resolution, ACR, Family Mediation Section, for applicants for the Advanced Practitioner Membership.
• As a Business Developer and Owner, Celia managed the family residential/commercial construction company for many years. For 18 years, she owned a significant business in college student housing with space for 188 students, near UNC-G in Greensboro, NC. The business proudly provided a residential environment conducive to student success.
• Previous careers in Counseling, Early Childhood Teacher Education and Administration have provided many resources for working with couples or families when decisions and plans must be made for the future well-being of the family, including divorces or reconciliation, financial issues, children's issues and education, elder care, and other family matters.
